Keveshan comes from a wide variety of sport backgrounds and specialized in basketball, playing and coaching at the university and college level. He graduated from Brock University where he received a degree in Physical Education as well as a Bachelors in Education. He then continued his education at Niagara College in Exercise Science for Health and Performance. Keveshan’s views on strength and conditioning have been built through his own experiences as an athlete as well as his past internships at Brock University and through Speed Unlimited. His philosophy on strength and conditioning “I take the proactive approach with my clients through the promotion of physical fitness, nutrition, social well-being, and positive lifestyle choices.” His goal is to develop fundamental athleticism to improve his client’s mobility and functionality.

How did you first become interested in fitness?

 I have always been an active person and played sports growing up so it has always been a part of what makes me, me!

What is your favourite part about teaching fitness classes or training clients?

Seeing the client reach their goals and learn new skills.

What is your favourite exercise?

Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat (RFESS)

What is your 'go to' healthy snack?

 Oreo THINS...that's called balance!

Who is your most common training client? 

High school athlete at any level
