Where to start?

It’s best to schedule a FREE consultation with one of the Trainers. You will get a chance to fill out your health information and goals ahead of time, and have a chance to discuss what you’re looking for.

You may instead choose to schedule a longer Body Composition appointment which will be a more in-depth session involving goal-setting, testing and measurements. You will receive your results on the spot, which will help you and your Trainer determine what the best plan could be. Body Comp appointments are recommended before and after a Training plan or package. Some people like to keep up with them 1-4x/year as a way of tracking progress, staying on track and keeping their health in check.

Short on time?! The 30-min training sessions are for YOU! Your trainer will be able to design an effective, time-saving workout that can be fit on a lunch-break, between doing errands and picking up the kids, or at the end of your workday. These are a popular training style, helping you get the most out of your week.

Book your sessions with friends for SAVINGS! For every training session that is booked and completed together, each person will receive 30% off the price of their session(s). If partner training is booked and one person is unable to attend a session, either both parties will be charged for their session (with the 30% discount) or the single person receiving the training session will be charged for an individual session.
