Thai Massage

This fully-clothed massage style integrates a series of stretching, gentle rocking, acupressure, broad sustained compressions, assisted movement, and meditative breathwork to target energy (sen) lines, promoting deep relaxation, improved mobility, and energetic balance within the body.  Very effective for stress reduction, alleviating tension in joints and muscles and increasing flexibility.

It is performed on the floor on a thick comfortable mat, or on a massage table, and you remain fully clothed in loose comfortable clothing that permits movement

People of all ages can benefit from Thai-style massage techniques, including any patient cleared by their physician for stretching and active movement, fitness enthusiasts, and athletes of all levels. It’s been called ‘assisted yoga’ as you get the stretching benefits without the work!
