Health Reset Program

A 6-week guided health program designed to help you maximize success and build healthy, sustainable habits. Led by Naturopath Dr Ceilidh Flanagan and Fitness Trainer Karina

Now, with 3 options to suit your needs:

Option A: Includes the program guidelines (nutrition, food timing, exercise recommendations, tracking worksheets)

  • Nutrition workshop led by Dr Flanagan Wednesday Sept 20, 7pm * workshop materials/handouts will be available even if you're unable to attend in person

  • A free fitness class pass for yourself or a friend

  • 2 body composition measurements to track progress before and after (or fitness consultations) with Karina

  • The reset program: which includes reference guides, tracking sheets and information to optimize success

  • A weekly check in email

  • A 30 min consult with Dr Flanagan to help customise the program to your specific health needs *ND appt is eligible to be submitted under your extended health benefits, if requested

Cost $160+HST (a $216 value) <$27/week 

Option B: Includes all of the above, plus:

  • A 10-class package for group fitness classes (expiry one year)

  • A second consult with Dr Flanagan to follow up with progress, testing, questions, and review any underlying health issues preventing results

Cost: $325+HST (a $431 value)

$55/week includes 1-2 fitness classes/week, nutrition workshop, initial & final measurements/training consults, 2 private appts with ND


Option C: Includes everything from packages A and B, plus:

  • 2x 30 min private training sessions/week (to develop a fitness program based on your goals, and optimize results from the reset program)

  • A third Naturopathic consult with Dr Flanagan (sessions to be booked bi weekly during program to maximize customization and success)

Cost: $570+HST (best value $871)

$95/week includes 1-2 fitness classes/week, 2 private Training sessions/week, nutrition workshop, initial & final measurements/training consult, 3 private appts with ND

Certified Holistic Nutritionist

Holistic nutrition is a health service that uses food, health habits and lifestyle strategies to optimize physical, mental and emotional health. A holistic nutritionist can help you optimize your progress towards health and fitness goals from the inside and out. Together, we can address common areas of concern such as weight loss, fatigue, hormone issues and digestive issues and create a food and lifestyle plan that supports you without requiring strict crash diets.

Services Offered:

Nutrition Consultation

A nutrition consultation provides an opportunity to meet with the Nutritionist and help you create an individualized plan of action. A holistic approach is one that works best for your unique lifestyle, preferences and goals to optimize your health. Our whole-person approach doesn’t just look at the foods you’re eating but also how other lifestyle behaviors and habits (such as stress, exercise, sleep, and more) interact to create the picture of your health. Based on your history and your goals, we’ll determine which direction is needed, whether it’s a more hands-on approach, or more guidance and information.

A Nutrition Consultation is 45 minutes, and is recommended if you haven’t worked with Holistic Nutritionist Eni before, or if you have new goals, or health changes. Can be done in-person or online.

Nutrition Follow-up appointment

A nutrition follow-up allows you to meet again with the Nutritionist to determine progress with goals, assess any barriers and challenges as well as any adjustments that need to be made. Highly recommended after your Nutrition Consultation, time-line TBD in your Consultation.

A Nutrition Follow-Up appointment is 30 minutes and can be done in-person or online with Eni.
