The Classes and Fitness programs offered through Speed Unlimited and the Training Centre are ‘for athletes, and those who want to train like them’. We offer weekly Group Fitness Classes - Bootcamp, TRX, Tabata, Body Burn, HIIT, Yoga Stretch, Cycling and Circuits - and Personal Training for those who are ProActive about their health. We host workshops and seminars open to all ProActive participants. Both summer and winter training programs are offered for high school, varsity and professional athletes who are looking to improve their game.

Personal Training

Personal Training is offered through the trainers at Speed Unlimited. One-on-one or small group sessions available for sport-specific training, fitness, weight-loss, technique work, personalized stretching and more.

NEW: package pricing available

30 minute sessions: 10 sessions for $300, 20 sessions for $560

60 minute sessions: 10 sessions for $550, 20 sessions for $1000

Packages are pre-paid in full at the time of first session. 10-session packages must be used within 8 weeks, 20-session packages must be used within 16 weeks. Packages and any fitness services are subject to HST. For more information on training, single session pricing and more at
